We truly feel blessed to have had the privilege of working with you. You made our Gusaba and wedding day everything we dreamed of and so much more. You helped us create memories that we will cherish forever, and for that, we will always be grateful.

As I said some of the things I was asking was not necessary in the contract and you would give me your advice.

Planning a wedding while being miles away and not necessarily having a grasp on the wedding industry in Rwanda was a big concern and Larissa came recommended to me by a friend. After our first meeting, we knew we wanted to work with her because she passed the vibe check 😅, She was a godsend! Extremely resourceful!
People kept asking us throughout the wedding planning process if we were stressed at all, and the honest answer was no! Because we knew we were in good hands and we had someone who was on top of everything! She kept us in check and ensured that nothing fell through the cracks!
She absolutely met our expectations and we were so glad to be working with her, especially for her coordination on the day of the wedding!
She was so involved that she even accompanied me to get my nails done and sat and chatted with me throughout the entire appointment!

To be honest, you exceeded our expectations, I know I can be rigid about what I want but you listened to me and executed perfectly! We had the wedding of our dreams primarily because we did not have to stress about the details and how everything would come together. Cheerful Knots stood on business and allowed us to enjoy our wedding days stress-free!
A couple of things we'd say that made working with Cheerful Knots such a good experience were:
1. consistent communication and timely response throughout the year and especially during the last days leading up to the wedding days.
2. Delivering on what's been agreed upon (trust us that's a big deal, unfortunately, given how the service providers in the wedding industry be acting in this Kigali).
3. Most importantly you also went above and beyond what's in written agreements with constant advising, being flexible to change things here and there and last minute, working with our committees and families and so much more!
