Austin and I would like to extend our thank you for your endless support to make our wedding celebrations as smooth as possible. We know that it was not easy at all with so many unprecedented. We would like to point out that overall we were happy with the service you provided us.
Ukwitanga and so many other things that you did that were not necessary in the contract.
I appreciated ukuntu wabonekaga even numwana yarwaye. During the wedding preparations It felt like a sister you reach out for everything asking for a help. As I said some of the things I was asking was not necessary in the contract and you would give me your advice.

To be honest, you exceeded our expectations, I know I can be rigid about what I want but you listened to me and executed perfectly! We had the wedding of our dreams primarily because we did not have to stress about the details and how everything would come together. Cheerful Knots stood on business and allowed us to enjoy our wedding days stress-free!
A couple of things we'd say that made working with Cheerful Knots such a good experience were:
1. consistent communication and timely response throughout the year and especially during the last days leading up to the wedding days.
2. Delivering on what's been agreed upon (trust us that's a big deal, unfortunately, given how the service providers in the wedding industry be acting in this Kigali).
3. Most importantly you also went above and beyond what's in written agreements with constant advising, being flexible to change things here and there and last minute, working with our committees and families and so much more!
